Product Returns

By making your purchases from our online store, you have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement in cases where, through our proven fault, you were sold the wrong products or defective products (wrong in receiving the order, or in the shipment , products damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.).
In the above cases you have the choice either not to accept the receipt of the product, or after receipt, to return the product, within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.

In order for us to return the money for the returned products or to replace them, they must be in their original condition. This presupposes that the original packaging as well as the labels are still on the product.
If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a refund as well as a full refund for the products. After accepting the product, your money will be refunded in the way agreed. Occasionally there may be a delay in crediting your debit or credit card which may be due to the bank. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 14 days.
